saturday turned into a manic day and any thoughts of the planned w/o were long gone by midday and late night training was missed due to the coverage of the olympics where we witnessed 3 gold medals for gb in 3 events on the track/field - too good to be missed!
so sunday came round and after another busy day i got to w/o at 9pm - plan was shoulders plan was GOOD FORM and not worry about volume
it went like this-
16kg military press
10/10 x 5 sets
20kg military press
5/5 x 3 sets
all be it ndown on volume a little these felt stronger than ever and the doms today suggest that i wked my shoulders,lats and triceps very hard!
