Decided that maybe I could talk my shoulder into cooperating with the snatch if I used a lighter weight so 12kg it was and I went for it - the plan was 1 min work (30/30) and 1 min rest but due to the light weight it ended up been 2 min sets (30/30/30/30/) which equated to 14/14/14/14 followed by some heavier snatches and swings

12kg snatch 14/14 x 2 x 5 sets
16kg snatch 5/5 x 7 sets
16kg swing 10/10 x 2 x 5 sets
Felt real strong and shoulder coped well with the snatch shame my hands don't !!
