The way forward -
Get the stupidity out of my system by sunday 4/11
Eat what i want and enjoy it!!!
Make soup and eat soup
Go back to eat stop eat only eat meals between 1030 and 630
Train!!
Start small - 3 w/o a week - do multiple exercises -
Swing,snatch,squat,row,press etc
Do short bursts of each and get the groove back then move to 3 w/o per week each x 2 exercises ??
None of the above is difficult - I JUST NEED TO APPLY MYSELF!
