W/O as follows -

12kg swings 10/10 x 5 sets
16kg swings 5/5 x 10 sets
12kg snatch 5/5 x sets
12kg c + p 5/5 x 5 sets

Felt ok - needed more weight but after such a long break I decided to go on the side of caution
