W/o as follows -
12kg swings 10 /10 x 5 sets
16kg swings 5/5 x 10 sets
16kg rows 10/10 x 5 sets
12kg snatch 6/6 x 5 sets
20 minutes work felt good but took it easy anyway
This is long term - no point rushing in and injuring myself
