16kg swing 10/10 x 5sets
12kg snatch 6/6 x 5 sets
16kg snatch 5/5 x 5 sets- shoulder sat fine on right side as long as long as i paid attention
16kg c/p 4/4 x 5 sets
Stepped it up a little today - increased weight on snatch and c/p
Shoulders felt like they hads been worked
Changed rep scheme on swings and hams told me i had worked too!!
